He gave me a price for the completed job inc. of VAT so no surprises (my brother is an electrician - not local to me - and advised me how much I should expect to pay and Darren was spot on even though he’s based 30 minutes away). He arrived at the time specified and spent around 30 minutes on the job. Darren invoiced me via email and I was able to pay by bank transfer later that day.
